Advanced Dance Program
Is dance your passion and you want to spend your life on stage? No other profession on earth is more fulfilling and at the same time as hard as the life of a dancer.
To be introduced perfectly to this profession, it is essential to internalize the technical basics at an early stage and get to know all facettes of the art of movement.
Only this way you will be able to work as a professional dancer. Whether for Film, Television or Theatre, being a dancer today means to be one thing above all: to be versatile. With our new program, you lay the foundation for your career.
Sonia Bartuccelli is the creator of this program. The young Italian is looking back to an international career- not only as a dancer but also as a choreographer and coach. She participated in many successful shows like the Helene Fischer Tour,X Faktor,The Voice of Germany, West Side Story at the komische Oper and the David Garrett Tour.
It is a 3-month-program that will give you the opportunity to gain a deep insight into a dance education, as you will be dancing every day.
Not only will you learn the technical know-hows from well-known choreographers and teachers, but at the same time, you will get around people, meet important agents, directors and make friends with other dancers. This world is small and social networking might get very useful to get to be known.
Among Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz ( Lyrical, Funky, Musical…) and Hip Hop classes- basic techniques that every dancer is supposed to know, you will also assert yourself on Special Skills (Partnering, High Heels, Tap, Latino, Dancehall and African Dance..) and rock auditions and castings.
You will meet various experienced teachers. We are offering you some highlights and invite some of the most renowned and prestigious guest-teachers like Marvin A. Smith, David Hernandez, Anelia Janeva, Sabine Hack, India Rischko, U Gin, Anja Jadryschnikowa, Silvano Marraffa, Julianna Codjoe and many more.
The practical part will be accompanied by theory classes. In Anatomy you will learn how your body functions. Which styles and aesthetics were predominant in which age, you will learn in Dance History.
Equal focus will be put on the following qualifications:
How do you prepare yourself mentally and physically for an audition?
How can you present yourself best?
How do you close a contract and how do you negotiate?
And last but not least: which diet is suitable for a dancer?
All the aspects will help to get you started on your professional career.
Are you ready to work with full commitment, discipline, and ambition, five days a week from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. (including breaks) to fulfill your dream?
